TO RECEIVE THIS AWARD YOU MUST WORK MINIMUM 2 CONTACTS WITH OUR SPECIAL TRC CALLSIGNS FROM MINIMUM TWO FINALISTS COUNTRIES + 5 ( FIVE ) NORMAL TRC CALLSIGNS FROM THE FINALISTS COUNTRIES ( because the propagation is not so good on 11!!! ).
